MineSched 6.1 offers unprecedented ability to accommodate for those unique planning characteristics found in every mining project and includes customer-driven enhancements such as linking MineSched to external Microsoft® Excel® workbooks for easy integration to existing planning processes. Combine this with new features to allow mine planners to more intuitively manipulate, analyse, and report their scheduling scenarios, and MineSched 6.1 helps produce practical schedules for any situation.
New sophisticated enhancements, as requested by customers
- Link external Microsoft® Excel® workbooks to any MineSched scenario to ensure MineSched will be easily integrated into your existing planning processes.
- Report truck haulage tonne-kilometres at different haulage gradients.
More powerful scheduling scenario manipulation
- Save time by selecting multiple items on the canvas or within data grid rows and change the properties for all selected items at one time.
Fine-tuned underground development scheduling
- Development precedences and events now occur with no delay means more precise schedules.
- Improved geometry calculations create heading walls with no overlap between headings ensures reserve estimation is exact.
Improved compatibility with Gemcom Minex™, Gemcom GEMS™, and other mining software packages
- Support for scheduling from comma separated value (CSV) models,
allowing for scheduling from multiple sources, such as from the Minex Reserves Database.
- Significantly improved performance and support for dynamic grade material classes when scheduling from Minex grids.
Enhanced visualisation and analysis of your scheduling scenario
- Use the Gantt chart and custom report viewer to analyse your schedule in the scheduling dashboard.
- Copy and paste custom reports and dashboard items between scenarios.
- Output scheduling results to any ODBC compliant database.
