Client’s Need

The client required plotting of sections for their entire site in order to facilitate better planning for future exploration and development. Having a Surpac expert create the plots would save them significant time.

Gemcom’s Solution

Gemcom created almost 2000 AO size sections representing the drillholes, geological models, and historical and proposed mining. This involved conversion of all data to Surpac, and the creation of scripts in order to create all of the sections to the client’s exact requirements. Gemcom’s Surpac expert was able to save the client time and also to provide high-quality reports consistent with company specifications, including corporate colours, layout and naming conventions.
