Easy-to-use integrated geology and mine planning software plays a key role allowing tasks to be completed faster, even when fewer personnel are available. Gemcom is proud of continually bringing our clients improved solutions and features within our diverse product line – in fact we have shipped all new versions of Surpac, GEMS, Minex, Whittle and MineSched since September 2008.

Making sure our customers get the most out of their software investment is critical to yours and our success. In 2008 Gemcom trained over 3,000 users in 64 countries and here in North America we conducted over 150 training classes, with over 70% of them being onsite at customer locations.  We have also provided a great deal of project assistance work to help our customers meet their deadlines or fill voids not covered due to staff or skills shortages.

Having the right tools for the job and the skills to use them are critical to maximizing your productivity and controlling costs. We understand that your time is limited and your travel budgets are tight, so we will continue to enhance our training offerings, run informative webinars (online seminars), create online product demos and provide you with skilled staff available to assist you in project work.
